These tools are training delivery methods, activities and exercises utilising the visual, kinaesthetic and auditory learning senses. Plus, the auditory digital, i.e. intelligent and challenging. More importantly, every session in the toolbox has been run by me with great success and helps me to continue to facilitate groups of people to learn. Now is the time for the 4th edition of my book - subtitled - "Entering the Third Decade - Virtual Takes the Stage". Here I will share all my learnings, tips and techniques to help the modern trainer thrive in the classroom and flourish on the virtual stage. This enables her to embrace everything the next few years will throw at her, particularly the rise of Virtual Reality delivery, which will accelerate as the decade ends.
