Omschrijving

Dr. Carol Winston escaped a mindless horde of the infected by going underground. Along with a few other survivors and a fellow coworker, a man known to her only as Jenkins, she waited for word that the situation was contained and it was safe to come out of hiding.

But that word never came, and she set out to find out what happened. Captured and forced to continue work on the virus responsible for it all, she has little hope for her own survival, or that of the rest of the world.

All she can do is wait for someone to come save her, until she realizes she has a way to perhaps save them all, if only she has enough time.
