The purpose of this journal is to list five things that happened during your day. Before going to sleep take time to reflect on your day by journaling about the good things, no matter how small. This can increase your appreciation for what's around you.
Each day provides numbered spaces to write about five different things that made you smile: Perhaps a stranger complimented your hair, or you finished a project. Maybe you fought temptation and skipped the cookie or maybe you ate the cookie and it was delicious.
Also included are lined pages to express yourself, titled Penny For My Thoughts.
Lastly, there is a blank page to use as you please: paste a picture, a clipping, or a comic. Write a quote, doodle, sketch, etc.
Find your happiness and transform your attitude by writing down snippets of joy. Anything that reminds you of being grateful can improve your perspective and overall approach to life. You'll be amazed when you look back and are reminded of the abundance in your life.
