This story "Three Tears of Hope" is a true story based on true events and has truly shown how GOD IS STILL ALIVE & WELL! The people in the book are real people that participated in the miracles that happened. THIS STORY BEGINS WITH A SUDDEN ANEURISM WHICH LEFT Elise unable to breath within 1 1/2 hours of the rupture of 2 aneurisms near the brain stem. Following the onset of this story, Elise was in an induced three week coma. Within one hour after she arrived at the hospital Elise was not able to breathe on her own and had to be intubated. Then about three months later, was in a second critical non responsive coma following her cranialplasty, subsequent hematoma and shunt malfunction which caused over-shunting and a collapse of the ventricles. In this coma, Elise diminished to the point of being non-responsive to pain and again unable to breath and was again intubated and put into Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Elise had more than fifty procedures performed during almost 6 months of being between hospitals, long term care facility for ten weeks and back to the hospital and then released to a brain injury care facility for three weeks before being able to go home. Patrick was on the east coast when the initial catastrophic events took place, and flew home on the first available flight and stayed the whole time in the hospital 24/7 to be by Elise's side and act as her advocate. This story takes you to the edge of your seat, as Patrick was told Elise would not survive three days, and then not two weeks. Patrick and Elise Murray met at work, dated seven years and then married. They live in Ventura County, California. Recently they celebrated their 19th Anniversary.
