A love of working in many art forms with children has brought this picture book to life. As a lifelong artist, miniaturist, and model maker.... my 7 grand children embraced the idea of this book. The dedication is to my granddaughter Cassie, diagnosed at age 3 with Type I Juvenile Diabetes. It's my hope to reach other children with make believe characters (rocks from days of beach combing) with a story about the effect of bullying, working on friendship, and taking care of your health...to be able to embrace the fun in life.
