A fae walks into a bar and catches a hungry kelpie's eye.
Rob's current goal in life? Do not eat people. That's easier said than done when you are a kelpie in the service industry, especially when a nice-smelling, yummy-looking man walks into your bar. Yet, patrons especially are not for eating, and it should have ended there… except when Rob smells that delicious scent again, the beautiful stranger needs help.
A half-elf, half-fae, Bertrand just wants to live a normal human life and work as a journalist. When he pursues a story about people going missing, what he finds is anything but normal.
