I keep having to remind myself of all the things I find reprehensible about Sinjin Sinclair:
First of all, he's a master vampire and all vampires, in my mind, are nothing more than blood-sucking parasites.
Secondly, his unflagging cockiness, when paired with his boyish charm, is enough to irritate any sensible woman.
Mostly, though, it's Sinjin's unapologetic sexuality that I find extremely off-putting and, well, somewhat entertaining and possibly even exhilarating.
After I purposely botch my leader's attack on Jolie, I find myself returned to my old life, a life I thought I'd wanted.
But the adage, "be careful what you wish for because you might get it," will take on new meaning once I find myself playing hostage to my own people.
