Des Weiteren wird die aktuelle Situation der deutschen Lebensmittelindustrie beschrieben - mit Bezug auf "traditionelle" Einzelhändler sowie Online-Händler. Schließlich werden mögliche Auswirkungen auf die Nahrungsmittelindustrie analysiert und zusammengefasst.
