Temps interférentiel dans la photographie

Dans les flèches du temps, nous nous retrouvons, comme Dante, devant une forêt obscure. Et si les images photographiques, loin d'être un temps linéaire, n'étaient que du temps morcelé ? Chaque parcelle de vue est l'entrée d'un labyrinthe qui nous épuise dans un autre temps, celui d'êtres radicalement différents et pourtant imbriqués à nous, où nous nous colorons au passage, nous imprégnant de leur temporalité intime. Il ne suffit pas d'être, comme une sphère renfermant une essence, fût-elle multiple, il faut encore avoir parcouru jusqu'au vertige tous ces avoirs-été. Si s'élide le corps de l'autre, s'élide aussi mon corps son propre temps. Car je suis adjoint de tous ces multiples instants propices qui viennent aux êtres hors de ma propre substance. Je serai toujours sur un pont suspendu entre des instants qui ne m'appartiennent, sinon transitoirement. La photographie n'est que l'impossible collection de ces instants décollés de mon réel, pour qui sait y voir.

Interferential time of photography

In the arrows of time, we find ourselves, like Dante, facing a dark forest. What if photographic images, far from being linear time, were only time fragmented ? Each visual element is the entrance to a labyrinth that exhausts us in another time, that of beings radically different and yet intertwined with us, coloring us as we pass, impregnating us with their intimate temporality. It is not enough simply to be, like a sphere containing an essence, even if it is multiple, it is also necessary to have traversed all these past instants to the point of dizziness. If the body of the other is elided, my own body is also elided in its own time. For I am the witness of all these multiple auspicious moments that come to beings outside my own substance. I will always be on a bridge suspended between moments that do not belong to me, except temporarily. Photography is the impossible collection of those moments detached from my reality, for those who know how to see.
