Inspite of the unprecedented impact of CAI on science education in advanced countries; it has not made much headway in Pakistan. On account of several reasons, Pakistan has not been able to introduce the CAI on a substantial scale. In fact, computers in education are hardly used by the teachers as for as their classroom instructional work is concerned. As, the problem being investigated in the present research is to determine, "The Influence of Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) In Chemistry on the Students Achievement at Higher Secondary Level in Bahawalpur."
