Welcome to Sissy Dice, where the premise of our game show is simple. You doll a twenty-one sided dice down a table and guess if this is higher or lower than your previous roll. Tonight, the contestant is Sam, better known as Sammy, when dressed as a sissy. Sammy wanted a life-changing moment on the show and she will get exactly what she expects. Ten separate punishments with massive cash rewards for the picks she gets correct.

Sammy is going to have a whirlwind time of her life as her body gets transformed into the sissy body of her dreams. She will be left looking like the humiliated sissy she always hoped to be.

It is hard to tell what is more important to the contestants, the millions in cash or the humiliating punishments. Then again, this is reality television, where the underlying and core value is humiliation for the audience.
