Principles of General Management: a responsible approach for southern Africa, answers the need of a resource to provide students first entering the field of management, that helps them to become responsible managers and leaders, to be change agents, and to act as the human foundation for responsible organisations. The book is currently the first book written by South Africans for the South African and broader African market, integrating the pillars of responsible management in the main managerial functions.
