Robert Watson M.A., B.D., taught classics and history in the Glasgow area for many years. His second degree in theology was obtained from Trinity College at the University of Glasgow. A post as Historical Researcher on Old Glasgow in the area gave him an invaluable opportunity to begin the detailed research required to investigate the background for this novel.
