Seemingly, they go directly from the grave to the courthouse. There is a lawsuit and a counter-suit, but Jacey is not intimidated by the powerful attorney her deceptive step-mother has hired. Jacey holds steadfast to the promises she made to her ailing daddy. Truth, love and honor prevail along the way, but deceitful acts are hard to forgive.
