The Monthly Meniere's Journal is designed to help identify triggers and patterns in your life that may cause the symptoms of Meniere's disease.

Each month of the year, is a like calendar which has symptoms of Meniere's, where you highlight what you have on each day of that month.

The adjoining page allows you to keep more detailed information about symptoms, including severity or frequency. There is a list of possible triggers - food, drink, visual, physical and emotional, as well as 'What Helped Me?', plus a section where you can add your own notes.
