She wants to be the fastest runner in races, the highest to swing on the swings, and the smartest student in class, but eating junk food daily has a way of making her feel less than best. With help from her pals and an enthusiastic physical fitness teacher, Londyn realizes that in order to be the best she must eat whats best.
