One pound from each book sold goes towards Barrocks Charities. Barrocks Charities is an un-registered Charity that I started in 1991, which empowers many who are missed by main stream organisations. Such as Pete. Peter is a homeless man who I befriended many years ago. I gave him money as he begged outside different stores in Clapham. He slept in the park until he received a room in a hostel that he later lost. Now he is back on the streets where I continue to help him through relationship and my giving. There are others like Susan who I met while working for a BAME Mental Health Charity in Croydon. When I first met her, she wanted to end her life. She could not cope with the depression that she was experiencing. Being a Christian, I was able to pray with her. The next time I saw her she had forgotten about wanting to end her life. Many that I have worked with since 1991 have gained a more enriched life through our relationship. Many times, I would either give a pound to the needy or buy cups of hot drinks for them. By doing this a friendship would begin that would grow into a bond of love and trust. That trust would allow them to disclose their fears, which in many cases would lead to a way out of their situations. I decided that the best way to raise money to expand this work was not to ask for donations. But instead, to produce something that would benefit many. So, I started Barrocks Productions. Barrocks Productions is where I use my creative talents to raise money to live on and to help many who society has written off. I hope that you will partner with me by buying this book and sharing it with others who have the same mindset
