There she works with specially trained dogs which help children with autism spectrum conditions. She is happy with her work, with her friends, and with her nephews, with whom she spends the little free time that she has.

Back in her adolescent years, however, she suffered some cruelty at the hands of schoolmates, an experience that marked her deeply, but also helped her become the committed woman she is today.

Although those times of suffering are behind her, one day they reappear, this time to offer her something that perhaps she wanted: an unexpected love, a passion that overwhelms her.
