English summary: This book presents the social philosophy of the fin-de-siecle German political philosopher Paul Natorp, developing his ideas on the economy, governance, and pedagogy. Natorps positions were much more radical than his Social-Democrat colleagues, and the great coherence between his thoughts and actions points to his ambition of transforming Germany into the origin of a universal social cooperative revolution. Il montre, en developpant sa conception du statut de l'economique, de la gouvernance et du pedagogique, comment le philosophe soutient des positions beaucoup plus radicales que celles de ses collegues sociaux-democrates (particulierement Hermann Cohen), et en definitive tres proches de celles des anarchistes que pourtant il combat, lorsqu'il defend la cooperative, la democratie sociale qui equivaut a la disparition de l'Etat et, enfin, l'autoeducation. On montre egalement la grande coherence entre ce que dit Natorp et ce qu'il fait, en analysant dans le detail ses luttes pour une reforme de l'education, ses actions en faveur des revolutionnaires et sa sympathie pour les spartakistes, ainsi que son engagement en faveur du pacifisme et d'un nationalisme qu'il faut bien comprendre: l'Allemagne comme origine d'une revolution socialiste cooperatiste qui a une vocation universelle.
