Damit das Kundigungsschutzrecht, das Tarifvertragsrecht oder das Betriebsverfassungsrecht ein fur alle geltendes Gesetz ist, muss bei der Wertung, ob ein wichtiger, zur Kundigung berechtigender Grund vorliegt, ob ein Streik erlaubt ist, oder in welcher Form betriebliche Mitbestimmung moglich ist der Besonderheit eines Arbeitsverhaltnisses zur Kirche Rechnung getragen werden.
