The story begins on beautiful San Diego Bay. It entices the reader to join in turning the pages of Joe's book of memories of a career that allowed him to use his talent and craft to make Jerry Lewis' several yachts objects of admiration and great interest.
Their partnership was a heaven-sent match, to be shared and enjoyed by those who love the sea and haven it affords, and admire the talents of Jerry Lewis, the comic genius. At the time of this writing Joe was 91 and Jerry was 89. Their friendship remained alive and well, until Jerry's passing in 2017.
