The second edition of
Human Resource Management has been updated with three new chapters, new sections, new figures, and new case studies. The text material has been restructured to focus on the changes since the last edition. It is now divided into 22 chapters.
It discusses the three key components of HRM-acquiring human resources, developing HR competencies, and employer-employee relations.
