So, it seems the family aging population structure factor can influence wage inequality in Japan and China both countries. The past statistics also indicated that the income inequality in Japan and China have been greater within older group. This life long gap starts widening around the age of 40, when the speed of job promotions begins to differ among employees. Otherwise, America many have addressed skill-biased technicial change and globalization of the economy as the potential causes of the widening income inequality. It seems America inequality wage challenge is caused by these two factors: First, technological progress had been biased by favoring highly educated or high skilled workers. Second, globalization of the economy had decreased the demand for lower educated workers in developed countries, such as America.
