The work aims to present the parametric study of Gas Tungsten Arc Welding for joining Dissimilar metals which can provide an amalgamation of best properties of two materials as a single structure. The work will provide an insight into the probable difficulties associated with welding of dissimilar metals owning to the difference in their thermal conductivities and melting points. An optimization of GTAW parameters makes the process much more effective and cost efficient.
