The work of François Cante-Pacos is a voyage over the high seas, an exploration of parts of three continents : painting, sculpture and design.

Abolishing established boundaries, time-worn and stale, over the past fifty years François Cante-Pacos has altered and blurred contours to compose a new and personal geography, revisiting forms and materials, mixing the historic and the modern, combining techniques and sensibility.

Pascal Bonafoux, art historian and longstanding friend of the artist, retraces the highways and byways of this journey, revealing a space of sensitivity, inventiveness and lyricism.
