This report presents fiscal year ended June 30, 2017, performance and cost data for thirteen North Carolina cities in the service areas of residential refuse collection, household recycling, yard waste/leaf collection, police services, emergency communications, asphalt maintenance and repair, fire services, building inspections, fleet maintenance, central human resources, water services, wastewater services, and core parks and recreation.
