We interact with different form of energy in our everyday life and we even produce some of them; energy is inside and outside of us.
Energy is present everywhere in our environment, in human beings, objects, and animal and plant species, it exists within the universe and from the beginning.
The history of man has been substantially marked by the evolution of the sources of free energy that he knew or was able to use the manifestation of energy can take different forms resulting from a process of transformation, it should be noted that these forms of energy compete independently or jointly with other forms of energy on the principle of the law of conservation of energy; indeed, energy is not destroyed, it changes form from one system to another via a process of transformation.
With the discovery of fossil fuel, from the beginning of the 20th century; the use of gas, oil and electricity radically changed the way of life in rich countries, it also changes the lives of many men in countries that have mines or deposits in their basements.
But our world is divided in two categories of countries, producers and consumers, and there are many frictions between the two categories and it will remain until the end. In addition, energy demand is increasing exponentially under the effect of the growing dynamics of urbanization, motorization and industrialization, making consuming States everywhere largely dependent on producing countries; securing supplies has become one of the top policy issues, both national and supranational.
Fossil fuels are invariably sources of political tension, crisis and war; what we see in the near and around the world, as in Middle East, as in Africa or Asia or even in Ukraine, should however make us think, in all low or high intensity conflicts, the energy issue has become central.
Today, the conflicts between Ukraine and Russia, once again, linked to the energy battle, the fact is that gas is the main energy source of the 21st century, both as an alternative to the world's dwindling oil reserves and as a source of clean energy.
Aware of the risks dependencies on fossil fuels and climate change issues, some countries began their energy transition several years ago; the development of renewable energies is no longer the sole concern of the most industrialized countries, but all countries around the world and by the time adapt their environmental strategy.
