There is a competition brewing in my savings account. I have dividends on the one hand and royalties on the other.
Dividends require money to initiate positions. Once you get enough dividend-paying stocks, you can use the income to reinvest into more stocks.
Royalties don't require money—instead mainly time. You exchange time for assets. The more you work, the more assets you create.
So which is better? Do you really have to choose? I love them both differently, but equally. And so does my cash flow retirement!
