Nothing ever seems to be normal in David's life. If he isn't struggling with the problem of his lingering attraction to his ex-wife, Vivian, he's battling dimensional monsters who are trying to take over the city. No one can find an explanation for her unconventional behavior and, to make matters worse, the city becomes plagued by an unruly and colorful group of bizarre jewelry-eating creatures.
