Replacing the 'war hero' Captain RJ, the Will Traveller tries to stay alive, while peeling back the onion-skin-like conspiracies surrounding his boss Georgio and the life and death game that he and his compatriots are playing. The backdrop of all this violence and trauma, the W.I.N. facility, has many fascinating and informative pieces of technology and a couple of most agreeable young ladies, who make sure that RJ doesn't get lonely. But trying to come to grips with who is doing what to whom is like catching soap in a bath. Could it be that everyone is so determined to have world peace, that they are willing to start a war to get it? Feared as much as he is revered, Captain RJ plays games of his own to get to the core problem.
