Times are tough, yes, but even if they weren't chaos in life is always present. If not about one thing it's about another.
This constant problem-solving cycle, can, however, quickly become overwhelming. The danger then comes in when one actually loses control or believes they have and by such an erroneous judgment actually send things that were rather pretty much in control, out of control.
Jumping from frying pan to fire. In fact, just recently I was faced with a situation that required total calmness for the best action solution.
But because of what I was facing, I kinda was already edging into panic mode. I thank God for inner peace because if it weren't for it, the decision I made rather slightly panicked would have been worse.
As if that wasn't enough, today someone else rang me in a panicked state, they too got me in a panicked mode, but thank God once again for inner peace realignment, for what would have been a bad decision on my part, was averted.
The bottom line is life can happen, people can happen, situations can happen, and events can happen, what matters though is that you remain calm.
But it's this remaining calm that seems to be the issue. It warps one's perspective and something that's just an ant hill becomes a mountain before one's eyes, leading to wrong action solutions.
This is what Chaos, Meet Calm, is all about. The key things to keep in mind whenever the unpredictable confronts you, whether you are already confronting it, anticipating it, or otherwise.
Within this book, you'll get to learn how to remain calm in stressful situations.
Be blessed!
