This book has been written for trainee CBT therapists and clinical psychologists in training. It has been designed specifically for clinicians who are working with children and adolescents with obsessive compulsive distress and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). The worksheets, handouts, and templates will also be useful to experienced clinicians who would like stream-line their work with clients.

You are welcome to photocopy its contents for clinical work. This book has been set out with broad margins to make pages easy to copy. This book has six sections that focus on assessment, drawing out thoughts and feelings, formulating using maintenance cycles, intervention, and psycho-education. Each questionnaire, worksheet, and handout has been designed to child friendly, non-threatening, and to enhance self-disclosure.
