Melvin is hopeful his life plan is on track--new home, job promotion, steady girlfriend--what else could he ask for? He soon discovers his spitfire of a neighbor who reminds him of his grandmother. He begins to bring her coffee each morning and on Sundays they people-watch together.
A mysterious biker rides by every Sunday, piquing Melvin's curiosity. He begins to imagine all sorts of life stories for the elusive bike rider until one day she stops riding by.
Cara buys a cute little bike on a whim from an estate sale, which she enjoys riding around her neighborhood to relax and calm her mind. Her liaise-fair attitude has her friends and family pressuring her to get it together and take life more seriously. Cara wants nothing more than to live in the moment and see where things take her.
A chance encounter sends even the best laid plans into a whirlwind when Melvin and Cara meet, hit it off, and go their separate ways in a matter of days. Fate, a matchmaking neighbor, and a steaming cup of coffee have different plans for these two. Will they find their Sunday delight or will the steam cool too fast?
