Joey and Tyrell are cursed with the affliction of 'spacing out', leaving them to stumble into disastrous misadventures; everything from a love affairs with ferocious pistol-packing prom queens, to hauling a tractor-trailer loaded with super-hydro pot, and resolving the global threat of a sinister eunuch bomb ... and by the way -- save the world! Brother Joey and pal Tyrell, floating though life, one scam at a time, destroy Steve's serenity with no remorse. Their point of impact -- 'Buzz Ville.'
