George is a Londoner, and he absolutely does not want to spend the school holidays in boring Birmingham with his grandmother, Marge. Armed with a suitcase full of digital gadgets to while away the hours, he is disgusted to learn that Marge doesn't even have Wi-Fi, in fact, she doesn't even know what it is.
Sarita, Marge's neighbour, is a keen cricketer and scholar who doesn't even own a smartphone. As different as they are, Sarita and George's friendship quickly develops as they are forced to work together when diabetic Marge goes missing. As they race through Birmingham in search of clues, George begins to see that his phone can be useful, but that there are more important things in life - and Birmingham's not boring at all!
