How can a series of brutal killings in New York possibly be linked with a 200-year-old murder in Wales? Is it conceivable that the President of the United States is involved in a cover-up? Private detective and former Special Boat Services Marine, Raven Conner, is hired to investigate and becomes a key figure in one of DCI Terry McGuire's most frustrating cases.
