Deciding she's long overdue for a fresh start, beautiful, blonde, single mom Holly Robinson makes a rash business decision to purchase the Beach Cottage Resort in Florida and abandon her old life in Georgia. With only two days to head to Florida and prepare the old resort for her first paying customers, she's feeling stressed. She needs a boat and a captain to provide chartered tours. Upon her arrival in Florida, Holly encounters cocky and handsome Clint Chambers as he's nursing a beer at the Tiki bar outside Clam Diggers restaurant. Sporting two-day-old stubble, a melt-your-heart grin, and his custom-built forty-foot Sabalo, the Miss Tilly, Clint has all the right credentials for the job. The fact that he's built rock solid and otherwise easy on the eyes is a bonus. So she bribes him to work for her. However, when Holly gets her business up and running, and the tourist season is underway, a series of break-ins shake at the foundation of the small beach community. She and Clint do a stakeout that turns amorous, but not productive. And once the beach area has its own body count, Holly has to reassess her entire life situation.
