Omschrijving

Nick and Nina Nexus are high school sweethearts who later marry and develop a passion for law enforcement. Nick, as a former Marine turned Norfolk Police Sergeant, and Nina, as a top prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Their passion for each other continues to grow as they are kidnapped and forced to undergo the Fluxellene Protocol. This newly-developed super soldier compound thrust in their veins against their will draws the couple into a world of darkness as they learn to control the remarkable, yet undesired abilities that manifests inside of them. The conflicts that arise, coupled with the growing powers, causes Nick to question God's purposes for his life as he learns of the ways of darkness and the ways of light. As Nick and Nina battle the growing darkness, half a world away the black-hearted Sebastian Temple secures his hold and the global elite, and all its resources. As Temple learns the ways of evil from the fallen Lucifer, his grip on the world tightens. As the physical conflict intensifies, so does the warfare waged in the spirit realm between the angels of light and demons of darkness.

Neil Gardner is a sworn law enforcement officer for the commonwealth currently employed at Old Dominion University in his beloved Virginia. He spent most of his law enforcement career with the Norfolk Police Department, and was greatly involved in narcotics enforcement for much of his career there. Born and raised in Virginia Beach, he currently lives with his wife not far from where he grew up in the Kempsville section of the city. Since his conversion, he has been active in the ministry of several small churches in the area. This is his first novel.
